Casino Gambling: Play Online Lottery

For those who have an established home internet connection, and are looking to have fun, then playing online lottery should be their first choice. It is fun and massively popular, and its game play gives everyone an equal chance to win. The proliferation of online games has increased since the advent of the Internet, and online lottery games have been at the forefront of this boom.

Many things are being carried over the Internet, and many people now prefer to play online lottery as opposed to going to the local hall to play. Playing it online offers unmatched convenience and comfort, and the possibilities of winning multiply with every chance you get to play. The hard part is learning how to play, but once you get over this hurdle, the rest is easy. Many players have become elite gamers by playing online as it offers the chance to practice until you perfect the art.

Being confident is the key to becoming a pro at online lottery. This enables players to take risks when needed, and are rewarded lucratively for it. Another factor that contributes to success is the amount of money you pay. Paying a figure of about a thousand dollars gives you a better chance at hitting the jackpot, as compared to a nominal fee of 100 dollars. Simply put, the more you put down, the better your chances of winning.

Online lottery can now be found in every country in the world, and the most trustworthy source for online lottery tickets is the government. The most popular online lottery companies - Lotto 649, Euromillions, Superenalotto, among others - are busy enrolling new players, who keep streaming to buy tickets every day. As an alternative to buying online lottery tickets from a government office or a lottery company booth, is the option of getting them from private sellers. This is actually encouraged, as long as they don't turn out to be scam artists. When buying from private sellers and websites, be sure to check their authenticity, so you don't lose your hard earned money.

Keep your lottery ticket in a safe place; you don't want your number to be called out as the winning one, only to find that you lost it. If you do get the good fortune of winning, speak to authorized personnel only. This is to ensure you don't get duped by conmen. It is also prudent to read the fine print regarding the rules of the game, just so you have your bases covered should something come up.

Playing the lottery requires wit, so don't go for numbers that have already been called out before, this only lessens your chances of winning. Be smart and have some tactics to go about the number-picking process; it shouldn't be too common like 1-2-3-4, or 10-20-30. Be wise and mix it up a little bit, with some strategies being going for shapes and patterns.

Being totally random is probably the best way to go. Have fun playing online lottery, and good luck!

A List: Craig Morganson, CEO, Holiday Systems International

Source: Perspective Magazine; The Leading Independent Trade Publication for the Timeshare & Fractional Ownership Industry

Craig Morganson, CEO of Holiday Systems International (HSI), has been in the travel and tourism industry since 1981. He founded HSI, a leader in private-client products and services, in 1993. Specializing in the travel and tourism industry, HSI provides its partners with an extensive selection of customized choices, including sophisticated private-branded technology, wholesale-direct pricing, specialized services, value-enhancement add-ons, affinity programs, customer loyalty programs, employee benefit programs, Internet and phone support in five languages, and much more.

Some of the most respected companies in the world incorporate HSI products and services into their businesses, including major airlines, professional sports franchises, major travel providers, vacation ownership properties, country clubs, employee benefit providers and transportation companies.

Perspective Magazine recently spoke with Craig about HSI and the vacation-ownership industry.

Are you originally from Las Vegas?
I?ve lived in Las Vegas for 32 years ? I moved out here when I turned 21.

Where were you from originally?
Back east ? Connecticut.

So what took you to Vegas?
Opportunity. I worked in the gaming industry for a number of years and was in travel and tourism through that career as well.

How did you get started in your career?
When I was in gaming, there was some overlap in vacation ownership at that time, and I became interested in the timeshare industry. I saw a fascinating model that presented a lot of opportunity for an entrepreneur to come in and enhance the user experience. With more generosity and less greed, I thought I could capture some market share.

What was your first involvement with timeshare?
What I observed in timeshare was much emphasis on sales and not enough on service after the point of sale. By starting HSI I was able to enhance the user experience by offering more personalized services, vacation options and specialized services to timeshare owners. Before I launched HSI I completed feasibility studies that I believed were sufficient to demonstrate my approach would work. I applied the model to a small (1,500 member) database from a defunct service company. I mailed an introduction letter hoping for a 20% response, and received a 90% response! Looking back at that mail piece today, I really can?t believe I received such a positive response. I think it was more of a statement of their frustration from an undelivered promise, than it was a great mail piece.

What was HSI like in the early days?
I started with a small office and small staff in Las Vegas providing mostly resort accommodations through a small selection of boutique properties. By listening to the needs of my timeshare owners, I grew the business by simply adding services these owners needed and wanted. Those services grew into the business that we have today and we still service most of our original 1,500 members.

What challenges did you face in the beginning?
One of the things I tried to do in the early stages is partner with travel providers for hotels, cruises, tour packages, etc. Unfortunately, those providers did not provide the pricing or service I needed for my customers, so I moved that in-house.

It took a long time to make that profitable, but today it?s a big part of our business. We grew from a company that saw nothing but overhead and small margins on that type of business to a company that now considers this part of our core business. In fact, our provision of those services to other companies is in very high demand. This is due to our comprehensive offerings and white labeling through technology, online booking engines and services by phone to our partner customers.

How would you describe the scope of your business today?
We have our finger on the pulse of the industry, and we?re offering more products, services and technology than ever before.

We started out servicing only English speaking customers, and we now service five languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian and German. We started with only 1,500 customers and now we service over 4 million clients both inside and outside of the vacation ownership industry. All of which are private clients; that is, we?re not doing business with the general public.

Tell me about your services.
We offer a depth of services that I think would shock most people. How we deliver those services is a key factor in our growth, in that our integration choices allow our affiliates to select the best fit for their business model, strategy and user interface.

One example of our many specialty services is something that we are still the only company to offer: real maintenance-fee relief, which is a product that actually pays maintenance fees on behalf of owners so they remain current.

It?s not a coupon trick or one of those inflate-then-discount services, a hidden-value system or another smoke and mirror show. Instead, it?s an honest system where the maintenance fees get paid, the owner stays current, and a new qualified guest uses the interval. That?s an example of how we are helping the industry behind-the-scenes. This service has benefited over 1,200 properties, paid well over $ 27
million in maintenance fees; and is currently paying over $ 7 million annually.

All of our products and services are based on consumer-behavior patterns in the leisure world. For instance, when we look at consumer behavior ? not from an opinion base, but from a statistical base ? we see that consumers spend their money in particular ways and they become delinquent and shift their leisure spending in particular ways.

49ers 49ers vs giants giants vs 49ers san francisco 49ers san francisco 49ers sf 49ers joe paterno died

Crossing that line - Washington Blade

It?s not unusual for friendships to develop into romances. But if you find yourself developing more than platonic feelings toward a long-time friend, it?s a risky venture. Show your hand and you could lose not just any hope of a dating relationship, but the friendship as well.

So how to navigate these feelings? First off, there?s nothing wrong with loving one of the people closest to you. In fact, we?ve seen many scenarios where best friends became lovers for life. But moving from friends to partners has many variables ? let?s talk it through.

First, consider why you now see your best friend in a new light. Is there mutual undeniable chemistry? Have his/her compliments come across as flirtatious? Are you noticing more physical closeness when just having a genuine chat on casual afternoons? These could be little signs that you?ve fallen for you friend. Whatever you do, don?t wait until you?ve had a couple (too many) martinis to make your first move. Though you may know your friend quite well, be sure that (s)he possibly has mutual feelings for you, especially since there?s so much at risk in this situation.

Unfortunately, friendship sometimes turns to lust when there is a lingering jealousy that swirls around your time spent together. Is your best friend dating someone new and spending more time with her/him than you? Did (s)he get a makeover/lose weight/get promoted or achieve some other thing you covet before you did?? Origins of ?I?m in love with my BFF? can be varied, so reflect and make sure your feelings are genuine and not a bit of immaturity or jealousy. If you pursue her/him in this manner too quickly or for the wrong reasons, you?ll likely ruin your relationship potential as well as your friendship.

What to do? Start with asking yourself if you?re ready for the shift in dynamics here. With risk of sounding somewhat callous or too pragmatic, you have to weigh the pros and cons thoroughly. Spontaneity can be exciting, but don?t jump into his/her pants without fully considering the negative ramifications if this new ?relationship? goes south suffering irreparable damage. Do you want to risk a long-term friendship for this?? Your social circle is also going to have to adjust to the change, so be prepared for a mixed reaction to your new found love with your BFF.

We all know that the more time you spend with someone you find attractive, the more undeniable those feelings are. That said, many times in our community, our best friends are straight (or straight ?for now?). Therefore, acting on your instinct and sharing your desire for something more may result in dealing with issues of your best friend coming out as a mature adult and you may find yourself helping your friend struggle with finding her/his place within the LGBT community, let alone, your relationship in general. This doesn?t have to be a negative experience, just be prepared for all the emotional commitment and work that comes along with it.

On a positive note, ever consider how relationships develop? Have you looked at the people you surround yourself with? What are the common threads between your different social networks? It makes total sense that, as we age, we could become attracted to a close friend. You?ve shared ups and downs, lots of life experiences and a genuine interest in being close. All these are characteristics of a loving partnership as well.

Falling in love with a close friend is quite common, yet daunting when truly considering taking the step from friends to lovers. Make sure to give this pursuit of transition from friends to lovers some thought ? it could be one of the best or worst decisions you make in your love life.

LG Qremote

LG just outed the Optimus Vu II for the Korean market, designed around a remote control app, QRemote. The company's translated PR claims (erroneously) that the new device will be "the world's first smartphone using infrared," letting it operate gear like set-top boxes and home appliances, including other companies' products. The device is scheduled to launch next month in the maker's home country, around the time the Tegra 3-powered Optimus Vu will go on sale in the US as Verizon's LG Intuition. The company hasn't released any technical details for the phone -- in fact, other than the remote functions, we don't even know if there are any changes from the current pen-capable model. In any case, it might give pause to another Korean maker about to announce an awfully similar product.

For example, a 20 a day guy smoker, aged 35 next birthday, taking out 100,000 cover for 20 years would have a premium, after tax relief, around 7.55 per month. The identical smoker would be needed to spend 13.39 per month for exactly the same address. GOP: Show will go on in spite of storm's threat

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) ? Tuesday's brunch with former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and House Speaker John Boehner has been moved indoors. Schedules were rearranged to fill an open Monday evening. Sandbags were in place outside the hotel housing the 800-strong California delegation.

The threat of Tropical Storm Isaac left delegates to the Republican National Convention recalibrating Sunday but insistent that the show will go on with just a few modifications due to the weather. The GOP postponed most of Monday's lineup, cramming four days of events into three with hopes for a major send-off for Mitt Romney on Thursday.

"I think frankly Thursday night is going to be the big show ... and nobody can articulate Romney's message better than Romney," said Jim Poolman, vice chairman of the North Dakota GOP. "Wednesday will be important for Paul Ryan to introduce himself to (the country). And those two nights won't change."

Poolman arrived in the Tampa area Sunday afternoon and was settling in. He said if Monday's opening forum is abbreviated, he will likely stick around his Treasure Island hotel to get some work done.

A revised convention schedule shows a brief Monday session that Romney's chief convention planner said would last no more than five minutes.

Mitch Zak, media director of California's delegation, said a lot of events were being reorganized because of the storm.

One that went off as planned was Sunday night's kickoff party. Delegates flowed into Tropicana Field, taking advantage of the welcome event organized by the convention host committee.

The home of the Tampa Bay Rays was transformed from baseball field into a party zone featuring three separate stages that showcased acts such as country music star Rodney Atkins, belly dancers and cheerleaders. Delegates got to drink as well as take in Cuban food and local seafood.

Organizers said that roughly 20,000 people had been invited, but they were not certain how much the potential threat of Tropical Storm Isaac would discourage people from attending. Ken Jones, president and CEO of the 2012 Republican National Committee host convention, defended going ahead with the event despite the storm threat.

"It's really less about the partying atmosphere and really more about promoting Tampa Bay," Jones said. "We are on a world stage right now. We are going to showcase our city to the world."

A Monday breakfast with speakers such as New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Hewlett-Packard CEO Meg Whitman was moved to a new room inside the TradeWinds hotel on the water near Tampa. The brunch with Rice, Boehner and California Rep. Darrell Issa, was planned for an outside venue, but will now be held within the hotel.

"They're putting some sandbags up outside and we'll just have to wait and see, and hope Isaac is kind," Zak said, noting that 90 percent of his delegation has arrived.

"The staff and the organizers are focusing on the logistics," Zak said. "Everyone has arrived with a sense of energy. So we're all rolling with this."

The latest weather reports showed Isaac heading farther west of Tampa, but hurricane warnings were issued from the New Orleans area to the Florida Panhandle.

Zak saw no effect on the mood of the convention, or Romney's ability to get his message out.

"We're ready to blow the roofs off on Tuesday night," he said. "We're going to give him one hell of a send-off."

The inclement weather, if anything, will "demonstrate that the Republican Party is resilient and committed to America," Zak added.

Tom Del Beccaro, chairman of the California GOP, said the delay "will only result in some pent-up energy but otherwise won't affect us that much."

At least one delegate was concerned about the fast-changing schedule.

Shane Goettle, a North Dakota delegate who lost a GOP congressional primary earlier this year, said he was worried that some Republican Senate candidates would be bumped from the schedule, including his state's nominee, Rep. Rick Berg.

Indeed, the revised schedule released Sunday showed Berg was not among those who kept their speaking slots.

"As a delegate from North Dakota, I'd very much like to see him up there," Goettle said.

Goettle planned to attend a business meeting that has been moved to Tuesday. For the down times in between, he said, "it's an opportunity for our delegation to bond."

Michele M. Mustello and her sister, Marci, drove 18 to 20 hours from Butler, Pa., to Tampa and arrived Sunday.

Mustello said she'd play Monday by ear, depending on how the convention agenda has changed. But for now, none of the luncheons or mixers she planned to attend had been canceled.

New Space Weather Video Shows Sun Waking Up

A new video from a sun-watching spacecraft shows just how much our star has woken up in the last three years.

The video gives a side-by-side comparison of footage shot exactly three years apart by the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO), a joint NASA-European Space Agency probe.

On the left is the quescient sun of Aug. 4-10, 2009. On the right: the raging star of a few weeks ago, which blasts out big flares and coronal mass ejections (CMEs) ? huge eruptions of solar plasma ? with startling frequency.

Solar activity waxes and wanes on an 11-year cycle. Back in 2009, the sun was at a low ebb of the current Solar Cycle 24. But our star is now ramping up toward a predicted activity peak in 2013, experts say.

Researchers are keeping a close eye on the sun with spacecraft such as SOHO and NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory, for solar outbursts have the potential to wreak havoc here on Earth. A big CME that slams squarely into our planet, for example, can spawn geomagnetic storms that temporarily disrupt GPS signals, radio communications and power grids.

Such effects can be amplified by the Van Allen radiation belts, two doughnut-shaped regions around Earth where our planet's magnetic field has trapped trillions of charged particles from the sun. Researchers don't understand exactly how the belts respond to increased solar activity, but they should get a much better idea soon.

NASA's $686 million Radiation Belt Storm Probes mission will send two heavily armored spacecraft into the Van Allen belts on a two-year quest to map out how the dynamic belts ebb and flow over time. RBSP was supposed to launch Thursday (Aug. 23), but two separate glitches have now pushed liftoff back to Saturday morning (Aug. 25).

The venerable SOHO spacecraft launched in December 1995 and has been observing the sun with 12 different science instruments ever since. SOHO sits about 930,000 miles (1.5 million kilometers) from Earth near Lagrange Point 1, a gravitionally stable spot between our planet and the sun.

Who Is Responsible For An Independent Real Estate ... - Realtor.com

questions

Q: Who is responsible to arrange for an independent home inspection? Is it the buyer, seller, or the buyer?s realtor? I am confuse, because my realtor has myself doing everything. Like filling out papers regarding me the seller now she is telling me to find an independent inspector and pay for it. Is she correct in having me do everything?
? gj, Milwaukee, WI

A: Dear WI Seller,

I am a California Realtor not licensed in Wisconsin, so things may be different in your state.

Your agent has a responsibility to be loyal to you and guide you through the process of selling your home. Your agent is the EXPERT, not you. She should be guiding you and helping you.

But, some things must be done by you. There are Disclosure forms that you as the seller of the home must fill out in your own handwriting, signed and dated by you. The form asks questions like, ?Are you aware of any flooding inside the basement?? You must personally check the box YES or NO and provide detailed comments in your own handwriting. In a court of law, a judge would ask you about each form by saying, ?Is this YOUR writing? Is this your signature? Is the date in your handwriting?? So, yes, most forms must be filled out by you.

However, your agent should be at your side, explaining each form and answering questions about the forms when you need her guidance.

When it comes to inspections like home inspections, roof inspections, soil inspections, wood destroying pest inspections, etc., most of those reports are optional for you as a seller. Many Realtors, myself included, require or strongly recommend their sellers have at least a home inspection prior to listing the home for sale. It sets you up to know what issues the potential buyers might find and gives you the opportunity to repair any items you wish to repair prior to listing your home for sale.

Your Realtor should be able to suggest/recommend inspectors she has worked with in the past. She should also know quality handymen, painters, carpenters, landscapers, etc. she can recommend to you.

You can always ask your Realtor to find a home inspector, schedule the inspection date, receive the report on your behalf, and then present you with the information when it?s done. It is standard for me to provide this service to my clients. I don?t wait for my clients to ask for my help; I offer help up front. Then my clients clearly know I?m there for them to make the process as easy as possible. I am never offended if my clients prefer to handle things on their own. I do, however, direct them to keep me in the loop so I know inspection dates/times and ensure I receive a copy of any reports.

When it comes to paying for the reports, it is customary for the seller to pay for the reports directly to the inspector. Most inspection companies will give you an option to ?pay now? or ?pay at close of escrow? and it usually costs about $50 more to delay payment through close of escrow.

Be direct with your Realtor. Tell her you want full service. Let her know that you want her to do as much as she can to relieve you from any work legally allowable. If she?s not willing to provide the level of service you desire, consider firing her right away and interviewing other Realtors.

I suggest you use Realtors who insist on earning their full commission, which is usually at least 6% (which your agent shares with the buyer?s agent). Agents who are willing to reduce their commission are not strong enough negotiators to get you a full-price offer on your home and might provide less service because they are spreading themselves too thin.

I hope you find this information helpful.

Denise Shur is a Realtor? with 1:1 Realty in San Jose, CA.

A: It is the BUYERs responsibility to get a home inspection. This protects YOU! At that time after you review the inspection you can move forward or cancel the contract if the repairs are major. Your agent should have explained to you what you are responsible for. You find your own Inspector. Personally I always recommend two or three inspectors to my clients and then they can make their own decision. Costs vary by type of home and square footage from around $250 to $350.00. Good Luck!
Rosanne Nitti is a Realtor? with RMN Investments & Realty Services in Laguna Beach, CA.

A: Your Realtor has good reasons for the suggestions she has made. Many Realtors suggest that sellers have their home inspected before putting it on the market so that any problem areas can be addressed ahead of time so that they never come up when the buyer?s inspector looks at the house. More than once has a transaction fallen apart simply because the buyer?s inspector overstated something simple. When buying a home, you should not rely on the seller?s inspection report, but hire an inspector of your own. You want an inspection done by someone you trust. More than one seller has hired a friend or relative to inspect their property. In either case, your Realtor should not choose the home inspector for you. You should ask your Realtor, as well as friends or relatives who have recently bought a house, for names of inspectors they like. Interview 2 or 3 inspectors and choose the one you can work with and trust the most.
Phil Lunnon is a Realtor? with Lunnon Realty in Lakewood, CO.

A: If your contract states that the buyer is paying for the inspection, then yes you would arrange and pay for it, that is why I usually give my buyers a few inspectors to contact, the times that I can be available to be there too and then have buyer arrange to fit their schedule also (if they want to be at the inspection) and arrange the payment, it is just more direct that way.

Talk with your agent to make sure you are both on the same page in regards to what your expectations are of each other.

Good luck on your purchase!
Teri Andrews Murch is a Realtor? with Lyon Real Estate in Auburn, CA.

A: It is the buyer?s duty to hire home inspectors. An agent might recommend a few you can contact if you do not know how to find one, but you hire them and you pay them.
Sylvia Jonathan is a Realtor? at Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties in Irvine, CA

A: With agents having more and more liability issues in transactions, yes it makes sense for you to get your own inspector. Usually I give my clients 3 referrals and they pick the one they want. Once they pick, either they or I will schedule the inspection. And, yes, the inspector usually requires payment at the time of the inspection, which is the buyer?s responsibility. She probably could be more helpful, but I can understand her distance.
Beverley Hourlier is a Realtor? with Hilltop Chateau Realty in San Diego, CA.

RolePlayGateway?

Hello!

So, I've been on the search for some new Partners for a while, and I figure this might be the best way to do it. Here goes. (Please bare with me, its 5 AM and I'm at work and a bit brain fried. I promise I'm not this scatter brained all the time.)

I prefer someone who can post a few paragraphs. Nothing kills the RP like a one liner though I do account for writers block and slow spots while trying to plot out twists and turns in the story line. Also, I really prefer if your 18+. Please write out full words. I hate when people use text speak. I understand the occasional U in place of You when your in a hurry and we aren't in character and just chatting, but if you start replacing your G's with Q's like I've been noticing a lot lately( preddiqurl blah blah blah ugh)... I'll probably rip my hair out. That's about it honestly. I'm really easy going otherwise, and I'm generally pretty easy to get along with. Expect me to ask how your day was, I do like to get to know my partners a little bit personally...

So, I've really only Rped Fandoms. I've been Roleplaying since I was 13. So That's ten years now (Holy Crap.)

I'm completely open to original ideas though. I just might need a little guidance, since it's new to me! :)

So Fandom Wise this is what I'm interested in (Its very condensed, so if you ask me, I've still probably seen it and would be willing to watch it if not!)

(*'s are cravings)

Supernatural*
The Boondock Saints*
Hunger Games
Trueblood
Harry Potter
Torchwood
Pretty much any Amanda Hocking Book
Boardwalk Empire
Hell on Wheels*

Some original ideas I've been playing with in my head:

Modern or Twisted Fairy tales
Delusional mental Patient (Similar to suckerpunch or the ward)
Maybe something with an Addict of some type
Anything Fantasy really...

Just suggest something. I'm very very very very nice, and I wont say no. We can work something out, I swear! :)

I can't PM on here yet, so if you post here I'll reply, Or email me. I check my email much more frequently than this.

  • Painted Roadkill

This photo provided by Sean McAfee from Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, shows a dead raccoon that McAfee saw with the road dividing line painted over it before he stopped his motorcycle to take the picture on Franklin Rd. in Johnstown, Pa. According to PennDOT traffic engineer John Ambrosini, paint crews know to avoid such animals and usually have a foreman on the job to clear any dead animals off the road before the paint-spraying truck equipment passes by. This crew didn't have a foreman that day, and the equipment was too big to turn around in traffic on the curvy, narrow road so the line could be repainted without the carcass in the way.

  • Boy Finds Lizard in Loaf of Bread

A HORRIFIED boy found a dead LIZARD in his Tesco toast as he munched his breakfast. William Evans, 10, screamed in terror after making the gruesome find - bringing his dad Marcus running from upstairs. Outraged Mr Evans, of Hawkchurch, near Axminster, Devon, said: "The poor little lad was absolutely traumatised by it. "He went to take a slice off for some toast, turned the loaf over and found the lizard stuck on the bottom." He added: "It was one of Axminster Tesco's baked in-store, multi-grain brown loaves. "The lizard had not been cooked so it must have got into the packaging and died there. "You could see the impression of its body in the bread so it must have been warm when he got in." William, a pupil at Hawkchurch Primary School, said: "I was making some toast and cut off a slice when I saw something that looked like a leaf. "So I took the wrapping off and found the lizard inside. "It certainly put me off my toast! "It was about two to three inches long." His mum Clare said it would have been even worse if William had sliced through the end with the lizard on it - and eaten it. "That would have been even more distressing," she said. Mr Evans, a volunteer church worker, said they had alerted Tesco's customer service department. He said they told him it was impossible for a lizard to get in one of their loaves because of their high level of hygiene "I am surprised they didn't tell me 'every little helps'," said angry Marcus. "They have asked me to take it into the manager but I am thinking of contacting environmental health officers. "We are keeping the lizard and loaf in the fridge for evidence." A Tesco spokesman said: "We have conducted a thorough inspection of the bakery area as well as the rest of the store. "We are confident that our robust procedures mean that there was no food safety risk to the product whilst it was within the store. "If the customer would like to return the product, packaging and proof of purchase to us, we will be able to investigate further."
